1. 新規会員登録ページよりお手続きに進んでください。
2. 新規会員登録画面にて、お客様の情報をご入力ください。
   ・入力・選択項目はすべて必須項目です。
   ・メールアドレスはお客様がご使用されている有効なアドレスを設定してください。
   ・パスワードは5字以上、半角英数にてご登録ください。
3. 「利用規約および個人情報の取り扱いについて」をご確認いただき、「会員登録する」をクリックしてください。
4. 登録いただいたメールアドレスに会員登録完了メールが届きます。

ご注意事項

• ご登録のメールアドレスに誤りがありますと、当店からのメールをお送りすることができません。ご登録の際には正確にご入力ください。
• 登録されたメールアドレスが受信制限されていると、当店からのメールを受信できない場合がございます。各携帯会社の設定に従い、ドメイン拒否を解除、又は「 @mbcpower.live 」の指定受信設定をお願いいたします。

You can also pick up your equipment directly from our warehouse in Aichi Prefecture. For purchases over 200,000 yen, pick-up is available between 9:00am and 5:00pm on weekdays.

愛知県内の倉庫にて直接器具を引き取っていただく事も可能です。直接のお引き取りはご購入金額20万円以上からとなります、引き取り可能な時間帯は平日の午前9時～午後5時です。

For products in stock at our warehouse, small items and supporters will be delivered 2-4 days after the order date, and heavy items, large items and free weights will be delivered 3-7 days after the order date. In some cases, it may take a few extra days to deliver to remote areas such as Okinawa, Hokkaido and remote islands.

We do not ship overseas.

Cancellation is possible only if the ordered item has not yet been shipped. If you cancel after shipment, you will be asked to cover the costs of warehouse shipment, round-trip shipping, packaging materials, etc.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but we would appreciate it if you would please double-check to make sure there are no mistakes in the product before enjoying your shopping.

Standard shipping: Your order will be delivered within 3 to 5 business days.
For orders placed before 9:30am, we aim for same-day delivery.

*However, the following cases are excluded.
- If there is advance notice of a shipping delay.
- When there are long holidays such as national holidays, Obon holidays, New Year's holidays, etc.
- When there is a concentration of orders due to new product sales, etc.

*Other notes: Specifying a delivery time is at the discretion of the shipping company, so delivery may not be possible on the specified date and time due to weather or traffic conditions, etc.
・Please note that in some areas (counties and islands), it is not possible to specify a delivery time, so we may not be able to deliver at the time you wish to receive your order.

・Please note that orders placed after 11:00 a.m. on Friday may be processed the following Monday. (We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.)

小物商品: お届け日について特にご指定が無い場合、ご注文日より3営業日以内に発送いたします。
午前9時30分までの小型商品のご注文に関しましては、当日配送を心がけております。

大型商品: お届け日について特にご指定が無い場合、ご注文日より5営業日以内に発送いたします。

※但し、以下の場合は除く。
・事前に発送遅延の告知がある場合。
・国の定める祝日、お盆休み、年末年始等による長期の祝日がある場合。
・新商品販売等によるご注文集中時。

※その他注意事項
・お届け時間のご指定は運送会社のサービスとなるため、天候・交通事情などによりご指定の日時にお届け出来ない場合がございます。
・ 一部地域（郡部・諸島部）は時間指定ができない為、ご希望のお時間にお届けできない場合がございます。あらかじめご了承ください。

・金曜日の午前11時以降のご注文に関しましては受付が翌月曜日になる可能性がございますので、ご注意下さい。(土曜・日曜・祝日の発送は行っておりません。)

  ・配送先が西濃運輸の配送不可地域
  ・4トントラックが進入できない地域
• この場合、最寄りの西濃運輸営業所止めでの発送となります。詳細はご注文後にメールでご連絡いたします。

• 軒先渡し: 西濃運輸での大型商品配送は「軒先渡し」となります。マンションや集合住宅の場合は、1階エントランスでのお渡しとなります。
