The handles with grip marks come standard in two different heights, allowing you to adjust the grip to the appropriate position depending on your training.
The built-in loading jack with rubber feet allows you to easily replace plates by simply raising the bar.
The jack also functions as a counterweight to maintain weight balance, ensuring front-to-back balance during use.

The ELEIKO Open Bar features an easy-to-use open design that solves a common problem with trap bars: difficult plate changes and storage. Curved rubber feet allow the bar to be quickly moved between an upright storage/plate change position and a horizontal lift position.

An integrated loading jack lifts the sleeve off the floor for easy plate changes, and rubber feet serve two purposes: to keep the bar upright and as counterweight when lifting.
